Duration: 3 Months
-1 Month Online Theoretical Training
-2 Months Hands-On Surgical Training (In India)
For:
-1 Doctor + 1 Nurse/Assistant (2 Trainees per Enrollment)
Theoretical Training (Online – 1 Month)
Delivered through a structured digital platform, this part covers:
-Hair & Scalp Anatomy
-Types and Causes of Hair Loss
-Surgical Planning and Diagnosis
-Anesthesia, Graft Preparation, Hairline Design
-Regenerative Techniques (PRP, SMP, etc.)
-Patient Management & Safety Protocols
Total: 44 Modules
Videos, reading materials, and interactive quizzes included.
Hands-On Surgical Training (India – 2 Months)
Trainees will participate in 15–25 live surgeries under the direct supervision of expert DHI medical directors.
You will:
-Learn and perform extraction and implantation
-Design natural hairlines based on DHI standards
-Work on real patients provided by the clinic (15–20 free practice patients included)
-Manage complications, scarring, beard/hairline/crown cases, and more
Location Options: in New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata
(Travel and accommodation are not included.)
Business & Clinical Set-Up Training (4 Days)
-Optional module to help launch your own clinic with confidence:
-Clinic design, legal documentation, and OT setup
-Branding, marketing, patient journey, and digital strategy
-Operations, pricing models, staff structure
Certification & Assessment
Upon successful completion:
-Graded on medical, surgical, technical & interpersonal performance
Certification is only granted upon fulfilling all qualitative and quantitative benchmarks (e.g., ≤5% transection rate, patient satisfaction ≥8/10)
