Hello, everyone! As mentioned in the title, my question concerns sexual activity after HT  . What is the recommended timeframe after a hair transplant to safely participate in "gentle" sexual intercourse?

This is not the case when it comes to mild sex.

I agree, I looked into it and saw that gentle sex doesn't harm as an act; there is just a fear of injury during the act!! Also, self-pleasure doesn't harm either!!!!

Everyone perceives differently what gentle sex means. Also, I believe you either have normal sex or not at all because it doesn't make sense if it's not done properly. Generally, from what I've seen in clinics, they recommend that someone has sex after 7-10 days (without specifying whether it's gentle or not).

These are for the general public so that they are not liable if an "accident" happens. If you do brisk walking after ΗΤ (which no one forbids, it's barely enforced to get the anesthesia off the forehead) or normal sex (without excess) it's the same thing.
