I'm not telling you because I don't have an opinion. I think the exosome treatment is quite new and the data that is out there is scarce. Obviously it is promising and some of the studies consider it is better than PRP therapy. It remains to be seen as we go along. In general, however, I don't think anyone with a significant baldness issue can expect much from PRP. Now for the exosomes we'll see...
as far as I'm concerned, I believe that exosomes therapy is very promising.
