I've been seeing a ton of buzz about this exosome therapy for stopping hair loss. Sounds promising, but does it work?

Exosomes are showing a lot of promise for helping with hair loss. They come from stem cells and have growth factors that might encourage hair to grow and prevent it from falling out. People are excited about them because they could offer a new way to deal with hair loss, different from the usual treatments. Researchers are still figuring out the best way to use them, like through shots or a special skin treatment. But there's more to learn about how well they work.
