"Hair Simulate" hair transplant simulate experience

I finally tried "Hair Simulate" last night after seeing it mentioned here. Since it's free, I figured why not. Honestly, seeing the 3D results was a bit of a relief it looks way more natural than I expected.
My donor area is in good shape, which helps, but I'm curious: Has anyone here actually used this and then gotten their transplant? Did the real life results match the simulation? It definitely cleared some of my doubts, but I'd love to hear your thoughts before I commit.
